The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as it is not mandatory for this business.

3. Data we process

• Browsing data and technical logs: IP address, date and time of request, page visited, browser and device type, collected automatically by the hosting infrastructure to run and secure the website.
• Data you provide via the linen rental request form: name, business, type of business, town, beds or stations, weekly linen changes, kits of interest, email, phone and message.
• WhatsApp data: phone number, profile name and the content of messages you choose to send us.

4. Contact form and WhatsApp

The form on the Linen rental page does not store or send any data to a server of this website. When you press the send button, your device opens WhatsApp with a prefilled message; data is only shared if you confirm sending it inside WhatsApp.

WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group), which processes data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. Using WhatsApp may involve transfers outside the EU, governed by the provider's safeguards.

5. Purposes and legal bases

• Operating and securing the website and preventing abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Answering information requests, including about linen rental — pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and consent where required (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Compliance with legal obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

The website does not use data for marketing or profiling.

6. Retention

• Technical logs: only as long as needed to keep the service secure, under the hosting provider's policies.
• Information requests received via WhatsApp: as long as needed to handle the request and no longer than 24 hours after the conversation ends, unless a contract follows or the law requires otherwise.

7. Recipients and processors

Data may be processed by providers acting on the controller's behalf, in particular the website's platform and hosting provider, Lovable Labs Incorporated AB (Sweden), and its cloud infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare, Inc., appointed as processors. Data is never sold or disclosed publicly.

8. International transfers

Some providers (hosting, WhatsApp, Google Maps opened via external link) may process data outside the European Economic Area, based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

9. Third-party services

This website does not embed maps, videos, social widgets, analytics or advertising. Fonts are self-hosted. The "Get directions" and "WhatsApp" buttons are plain links: Google Maps and WhatsApp only receive data when you open them.

10. Your rights

You may exercise your rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR at any time: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
