How washing works
Five steps. Zero hassle.
- 1
Choose a washer and load it
9 kg for everyday laundry, 18 kg for duvets, blankets and bulky loads. Load your items and close the door firmly.
- 2
Select the temperature program
On the washer, choose Cold (about 20 °C), Warm (about 35 °C), Hot or Very hot (or the Duvet program), following your garments' care labels.
- 3
Go to the central pay station
The multilingual pay station guides you step by step: tap “Start machines” and select your washer's number.
- 4
Pay your way
Card or debit card via POS, contactless, banknotes or coins. Change is given up to €20.
- 5
The washer starts on its own
Detergent, softener and sanitiser are dosed automatically. The display shows the time left — on average 20 to 30 minutes.
Payments
Pay your way. Contactless too.
The central pay station accepts cards and debit cards via POS, contactless payments by card or smartphone, banknotes and coins. Only got cash? No problem — change is given up to €20.

How drying works
Dry in 15-minute cycles.
- 1
Move your laundry
Use the baskets to move your items from the washer to a 16 or 25 kg dryer.
- 2
Load and close the door
Don't overfill the drum, so warm air can circulate.
- 3
Choose the temperature
Follow the care label: one dot means low heat, two dots normal heat.
- 4
Pay at the station
Select the dryer's number and pay. Each cycle lasts 15 minutes — repeat it for thicker items.
New from October 2026: spin-only
On washers 1 and 4 you can run a spin-only cycle. An extra spin before the dryer removes more water, so your laundry dries faster and you save on drying cycles.

Products included in the price
Detergent, softener and sanitiser: already in every wash.
No bottles to bring, no sachets to buy, nothing to measure. Every wash price already includes all three products.
Dosing is automatic: the washer's peristaltic pumps draw and release detergent, softener and sanitiser at the right stages of the program, in a quantity calibrated on the machine's capacity — 9 or 18 kg. No waste, no excess, consistent results every time.
