Warm program
The ideal temperature for washing a duvet is 35 °C — the Warm program on our washers. There's also a dedicated duvet program: select it on the washer before heading to the pay station.
Why a larger drum makes the difference.
In a home washer, a duvet is often squeezed tight, so water and products struggle to spread evenly. An 18 kg professional drum gives bulky textiles more room to move while washing.
Detergent, fabric softener and sanitiser are included in the price and dosed automatically by peristaltic pumps, calibrated on the washer's 18 kg capacity.
Then spin and dry.
After washing, run an extra spin on the same washer 4 (new from October 2026): your duvet comes out with less water and dries faster. Then move it to the 25 kg dryer, in 15-minute cycles — repeat for thicker duvets.
